Combine XP and W2K into one driver package

Adding support for DirectX 9
Added the following Clone Mode Options for Overlay:
- “Theater Mode”: option available to display video content in windowed on Primary display and in full screen on Secondary display.
- “Same on All”: option available to view video content on both displays in Primary – Secondary Simultaneous mode.
Fixes for pre-7.83 driver Windows XP “On-line Crash Assistant” blue-screen issues
